Tim wasawesome diagnosing and repairing our subzero fridge. He responded at the end of the day on a Friday to clean and diagnose the fridge issues to get us through the weekend, then quickly ordered parts and had the fridge repaired by the next week. Wow, I am impressed! It`s not easy to find a service company that does Electrolux appliances repair in Orange County. But I found these guys online and they seemed legit. Technician Erick came on time within a 20-min prior notice. We had problems bioth with the Electrolux washer and th dryer. Erick was able to fix the issue with dryer right away, and the washer required an additional visit due to failed water valve.
